THE EDI EXIT SURVEY

 

The EDI measures the satisfaction levels of departing employees across 64 survey items. These are items are grouped into 12 drivers for reporting purposes. The EDI+ has an added measure of including the Manager’s perceptions of what they believe the satisfaction ratings to be, from the view of the Employee.
 
The 10 minute online survey is completed by the Employee during their notice period. It contains 64 items and requires a Satisfaction Score Rating between 1-6, and an Importance Score Rating from 1-5 per item. Verbatim Comments are also included.
