THE EDI FEEDBACK REPORT
The EDI Feedback Report contains the overall average score, along with a break down at the Driver and Element level. This allows HR Professionals to pinpoint the “Push” (detachment) and “Pull” (engagement) factors contributing to the departure. These are colour coded allowing for a quick glance overview. Verbatim Comments are included at the back of the Report.
